New jobs are coming to Big Rapids.

The remaining portion of the former Kmart building located at 1250 Perry Ave. in Big Rapids will be occupied by Planet Fitness, Colliers International | West Michigan announced today.

Planet Fitness plans to open May 2018 and will occupy 16,000 square feet next to Family Farm and Home.

With the proximity to Ferris State University, we couldn’t think of a better community for a new Planet Fitness location.”
