DEA busts Kentwood Pharmacy in illegal narcotics distribution

A suburban Grand Rapids pharmacy has lost its license for allegedly redistributing medications from nursing homes. The Drug Enforcement Agency suspended the license of Kentwood Pharmacy for distributing narcotics. DEA agents said the pharmacy was redistributing the medications from at least 100 nursing homes in Michigan. Federal agents raided the company's headquarters on Tuesday along with its distribution center and four pharmacies.
