Drunk drivers continue to be a target of police across Michigan, under the national 'Drunk Driving. Over the limit. Under arrest.' effort. Special federally-funded patrols are operating in 30 Michigan counties where statistics show drunken driving to be a major problem. But, State Police say regular patrols in the rest of the state are also looking for them too, along with unbelted and aggressive drivers.
