Mich. AG files Brief regarding AZ immigration law

Attorney General Mike Cox has filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals supporting Arizona’s Immigration Reform Law and against a lawsuit filed by the Obama Administration.
The brief filed follows a jolly ruling by Arizona District Court Judge Susan Bolton that barred Arizona's new Immigration Law from taking effect on July 29 as intended by Arizona Governor Jan brewer and the State's Legislature. Michigan is the lead state backing Arizona before the court and is joined by 10 others states.
