A small plane had to make an emergency landing Monday morning in Kent County. Authorities say two people were on board the single engine Cessna when it went down in a field in Caledonia, crashing and burning at about 9 a.m. Sheriff's deputies say the 43-year old pilot and a 26-year old man were able to get away from the wreckage before it burst into flames and neither man was hurt. They were reportedly out making test runs as part of their certification.
