Due to uncertainty over threats made by the president to stop payments to health insurers, the state of Michigan is delaying posting rate increases proposed by health insurers within the government marketplace.

Rates were supposed to be published Tuesday, but the state was granted a 30-day extension over an uncertain status.

Open enrollment for 2018 begins November 1 and continues through December 15.
