Court judges in Mecosta and Osceola counties have recused themselves from future hearings involving the Nestle Waters North America appeal of a local zoning denial the company hopes to reverse in order to build a water pumping station in the area of Evart in Osceola County.

Both 49th Circuit Court judges, the 77th District Court judge and 18th Probate Court judge in Mecosta and Osceola counties excused themselves on Tuesday from hearing the case. 

Its now up to State court administrator, Bruce Kilmer to assign the case to a new judge in Michigan.
