Police investigating sexual abuse allegations involving Fremont High School Assistant Principal and one other person

An investigation is underway into two west Michigan educators over sexual abuse allegations that are decades old.

Fremont High School assistant principal Jeff Moon has been placed on administrative leave over allegations that he had inappropriate contact with students in the early 90's at Fremont High School.

Investigators say the investigation is connected to another teacher John Veldt, who works in Jenison.

He's also been placed on administrative leave.

The allegations came from women who are now in their 40's.
