Man and woman arrested on meth charges in Mecosta Co.

A man and woman are behind bars on $100,000 bond a piece after being arrested on drug charges last week in Mecosta County's Aetna Township.

39-year old Christopher Dean Frederick of Battle Creek, is charged with one count of delivery of methamphetamine, while his partner, 31-year old Kimberly Lee Lackey of River Junction, is charged with one count of delivery/manufacturing methamphetamine.

The charges stem from an investigation by the Central Michigan Enforcement Team during an alleged incident on February 23^rd.

Lackey and Frederick face up to 20 years in jail, if convicted.
