A Newaygo man accused of breaking into his ex-wife's Osceola County home and making threats to her and himself then being involved in a standoff with police has been arraigned.

54-year old Jeffery Christensen was charged with one count of first degree home invasion.

The incident happened on Sunday when police got a call from a woman who said her ex-husband had broken in with a handgun and was making threats.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office additional charges against Christensen are possible pending current investigation.

His bond was set at $200,000.
