Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is going after AmeriGas -- For the second time in four years Schuette has sued the propane supplier for violating the Michigan Consumer Protection Act.

The suit seeks civil penalties as well as reimbursement for Michigan consumers.

It's alleged AmeriGas charged some of its customers excessive per-gallon prices on propane during the winter of 2015-16 ... sometime more than three-dollars per gallon.
