A 20-year old Mecosta County man was arrested on sex crime charges.
Elmer J. Miller of Morley was charged this week with one felony count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The charge stems from an alleged incident that took place August 21st.
Miller's bond was set at $50,000 and he was ordered not have contact with the victim.
He's expected to be back in court next month.
