After months of negotations, the Ferris State University Administration and the Ferris Faculty Association came to an agreement on a new five year contract affecting 450 tenured employees.

The highlights of the contract agreement include an overall 2 percent annual salary increase in years one through three, and a 2.25 percent annual salary increase in years four and five. Also included is $300,000 annually for supplemental market adjustments.

The FFA voted on the new deal last week, while the Ferris Board of Trustees approved it Tuesday.
