The Mecosta County Sheriff's Office is investigating what it calls a “suspicious fire” at a residence in Barryton.

 

It happened early Thursday morning just after 3am.

 

According to investigators, when firefighters arrived to the scene the trailer and a vehicle were fully engulfed in flames.

 

No one was at the home at the time and no injuries were reported.

 

The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during the time of the fire to contact them at (231) 592-0150.
