Michigan State Police say they've made an arrest in a 2018 case of a fatal car crash in Isabella County.
Troopers say the incident occurred on December 19th 2018 at to the intersection of Crossway Ln., and Broadway Rd. which is located within the boundaries of Saginaw Chippewa Indian Reservation, for a multi-vehicle personal injury crash.
Troopers found Jordon Wilson critically injured as a passenger in the vehicle being operated by 31-year old Brian Wemigwans.
Several other vehicles were involved in the crash because of the actions of the vehicle operated by Wemigwans which led to several other individuals suffering major injuries.
Within a short time, Jordon Wilson was pronounced deceased as a direct result of his injuries.
MSP Forensic Lab reports show Wemigwans was found to be under the influence of several different drugs at the time of the crash.
Brian Wemigwans, was arrested and appeared before a Federal Magistrate on 7/1/19, on an indictment for 2 nd degree murder, Operating Under The Influence With a High BAC Causing Incapacitating Injury, and Operating Under The Influence With a High BAC Causing Incapacitating Injury With a Prior Conviction.
