The following incidents were reported by the Big Rapids Department of Public Safety on January 28th and 29th. 

 

1/28

 

20-128: Juvenile walk in.  Mother brought in her daughter to speak to an officer about her behavior.

 

20-131: Warrant at 40: A 44 year old male was arrested on warrants out of Osceola County and Clare County when he showed up to get fingerprinted for housing.

 

20-133 @ 11:32pm- Traffic Stop State & Hemlock resulted in a male being cited for No Insurance.  Vehicle impounded

 

20-134 @ 12:28am- 600 block of S Michigan Ave Disorderly  Two 22 year old males were caught running down the street with a plastic lawn chair.  They ducked into a house.  Received some cooperation.  They both were cited for tampering.  The chair was returned to proper residence.

 

20-135 @ 4:20am- Open Door in the 100 block of S Michigan.  Key holder responded.

 

20-136 @ 4:58am- Open Door in the 200 block of S State.

20-137-Suspicious in the 700 block of N State.  Came in as a fraud possibly.  Under investigation.
