A two car accident in Isabella County claimed the life of a 17-year old girl and seriously injured two other passengers.

 

It happened on Friday just after 5pm.

 

Deputies say it was determined that a car traveling northbound on Lincoln road and failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by an eastbound SUV.

 

A 17-year old female/driver was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

 

The two other females in that car (one of which was ejected) was taken to area hospitals in serious conditions.

 

The other three people in the SUV sustained injuries but were not life threatening.
