Michigan health officials are reporting 10,428 new cases of the coronavirus and 98 additional COVID-19 deaths since Saturday.

Meanwhile here in Mecosta County, officials at the District Health Department #10 announced 43 new COVID-19 cases since Saturday, and two additional deaths related to coronavirus bringing the county's total to 1,211 cases, with nine deaths and 555 recoveries.

DHD#10 also reported ten hospitalizations currently at Spectrum Health Big Rapids related to COVID-19 as well.
