Roger Hauck sworn in as 34th District State Senator

State Sen. Roger Hauck was formally sworn in as senator for the 34th District on Wednesday during a ceremony at the Capitol. Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Elizabeth T. Clement administered the oath of office.

“It is a great honor to serve the people of mid-Michigan and I want to thank everyone for entrusting me to be their voice in Lansing,” said Hauck, R-Mt. Pleasant. “I’m ready to join my new colleagues and continue working to advance policies that help families and businesses across this great state.”

Hauck was joined on the Senate floor by friends and family for Wednesday’s ceremony.

Hauck also announced that his office is now open and ready for business. The senator’s office is in Room 3300 of the Connie B. Binsfeld Office Building, at 201 Townsend St., across the street from the Michigan Capitol.

Residents can contact Hauck’s office at 517-373-1760, via email at SenRHauck@senate.michigan.gov or by mail at Sen. Roger Hauck, P. O. Box 30036, Lansing, MI 48909.
