A Wind Advisory has been issued as of Thursday, Feb. 6 at 10:55 A.M. by NWS Grand Rapids.

This advisory comes in light of expected West winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph around 2:00 P.M. on Thursday. The advisory will be in effect for Clare, Isabella, Kent, Lake, Mecosta, Newaygo, and Osceola Counties until 1:00 A.M. on Friday, Feb. 7.

Please be aware that gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and tree limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may result. Use extra caution when travelling during this time.
