A Wind Advisory will be in effect until Friday, Feb. 28 at 4:00 P.M. for Clare, Isabella, Kent, Lake, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, and Osceola Counties.

The advisory comes in light of expected southwest winds of 15 to 25 miles per hour, including gusts up to 45 miles per hour for portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Michigan.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects, as well as tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Please be considerate of objects outside, especially lawn ornaments and trash cans.
