After four decades in Big Rapids, Preferred Office Machines will now be undergoing a merger with Kraft Business Systems.
According to lifetime owner John Milan, the Big Rapids businessfront will be open until Oct. 31, 2026.
“Your trust and loyalty over the past four decades have meant everything to me,” he said. “It has been the honor of my career to serve you, and this next chapter is about making sure you’re taken care of for many years to come.”
Kraft Business Systems, based in West Michigan, has operated since 1994. The company provides IT services, cybersecurity, copiers and printers, managed print services, document management and business process automation. It has offices in Caledonia, Southfield and Traverse City.
“You can continue doing business exactly the way you always have,” Milan said. “Your service and equipment and the relationship you’ve come to rely on will carry forward seamlessly. At Kraft, their number one priority is a relentless commitment to the client experience."
The merger is official as of Tuesday, Sep. 1. For more information, contact Preferred Office Machines on their website.
