Marcia Lee Drew, 82, of Big Rapids, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Big Rapids Fields Assisted Living.   

She was born July 29, 1939, in Bricelyn, MN, the daughter of Melvin and Loretta (Sleeper) Thompson, and graduated from Kenyon High School in 1957.

Marcia worked at Saint Olaf College in Minnesota as a cook before retiring in 2004. In 2015 she moved from Dennison, MN to Big Rapids to live with her daughter. Marcia enjoyed reading, watching movies, and doing arts and crafts.

Marcia is survived by her daughter Brenda (Michael) Ordiway of Big Rapids; her son Kenneth (Deb) Fraser of Minnesota; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Wendall (Diane), Dean, David, and Tony Thompson, and Verna (Morris) Hildebrand. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister-in-law Susie Thompson.
