David B. Wilson, age 61 of Evart, formerly of Warren, passed away unexpectedly at home, on May 16, 2024. He was born in Warren, MI, on November 8, 1962, to Ronald and Frances (Puzio) Wilson. David graduated from Warren Woods High School in 1980 and resided in the City of Warren all his life, except for the last 17 months, where he enjoyed retirement, living and fishing on Saddlebag Lake.
In 2022, after 28 years of service, David retired from Chrysler, where he was a CAD Operator. He was often straightforward, fun-loving, and supportive of those around him. He would give you the shirt off his back, make sure no one ever failed, and had a special place in his heart for the kids that came to visit. Dave was a rock and roller and fan of The Rolling Stones. He enjoyed: hunting, collecting various things, & was a hot wheel collector and Titanic fanatic.
The sentence, "I’m not going to tell you how to do it, but I will tell you how I’d do it...” will be remembered by those closest to David, this includes: his siblings, Paul Wilson, Lori (Mike) Olsey, Mike Wilson, and Karen (Tom Boyda); 13 nieces and nephews and their families; Friends through thick and thin, Bill (Cris) and Rod (Kelly) and numerous extended family and friends.
David was preceded in death by: his brothers, Ronald Jr. and Brian Wilson; sister-in-law, Diane Wilson and parents, Ronald and Frances.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 2pm., at Paul's House, 58353 Salt River Circle, New Haven, MI, 48048.
