Lawrence P. “Larry” Tryon Jr., 72 of Evart, passed away on July 27, 2024. He was born in Reed City, Michigan on February 28, 1952, to Lawrence and Dorothy (Cass) Tryon. He was the oldest of three children. Larry grew up in Flint, until his graduation from Carmen High School in 1970. He then made his home in Evart, where he met Sharon Fox, who he married in 1972, and had two daughters with.

Larry liked to hunt when his health permitted and loved music, classic cars, old movies, cartoons, and watching Detroit sports - don't interrupt Sunday football!

Larry is survived by: his mother, Dorothy Tryon of Evart; brother, Tim (Connie) Tryon of Evart; two daughters: Teresa Tryon and her three children of Evart and Jessica Zaremba and her four children of White Cloud; companion and friend, Fenon Mockbil of Big Rapids and her three daughters; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by: his father, Lawrence P. Tryon Sr.; his sister, Deana Lauman; ex-wife, Sharon Fox Robinson and two great Grandsons.
