Kevin Ray Galloway, age 62, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at home in Evart, with his family at his side. Kevin was born on March 6, 1962, in Reed City, Michigan, to William and N. Joyce (Brininstool) Galloway. After attending Evart High School he entered the United States Army, in 1980, and was honorably discharged in 1981. In 2015 Kevin went back to school at Baker College and earned a degree in Mechanics.

Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle when able. He enjoyed doing anything mechanical. He could cook and was good at it. He was funny, supportive and protective of his family. His mother Joyce couldn't be mad at him long before his funny antics would get him off the hook.

Kevin is survived by: his mother, Joyce Jones of Evart; brothers, Brian Galloway, Lance Way, Keith (Wanda) Galloway, Jerry Hanelink, and Lisa (Rob) Pierce; numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Kevin was preceded in death by: his father, William Galloway; sister, Anita Hawkins; & son, Kevin Ray Galloway II, in 2004.
