Wanda Sue (Rouse) Spicer, age 71, of Edmore passed away on November 9, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center Alma. Wanda was born in Detroit, Michigan, on March 14, 1953, to Perry and Amy (Wheat) Rouse. She graduated from Henry Ford High School in 197l. In 2000, Wanda married David Spicer.
She enjoyed watching the Tigers, Lions, and Red Wings when she could. She also loved watching Michigan football. Wanda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed family gatherings, and being a grandmother.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Amy; and sister, Helen Welke.
She is survived by her husband, David; children; Christy Brown, John Heileman, Stephanie Jaskolski; grandchildren, James Brown, Casey Kotrba, Kendall Jaskolski, and Reese Jaskolski; great-grandchildren, Emma and Nora Brown; and her brother, Jimmy Rouse.
A funeral service was held in Wanda’s honor at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Edmore, with Pastor Steve Brigham officiating.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude’s or Shiners.
