Colin Earl Hamilton Jr, of Marion, MI, passed away on June 29, 2025, age 53.

He was born at the Reed City Hospital on June 13, 1972.  Colin was a self-starter and pursued a variety of entrepreneurial ventures in his life in addition to his 30-year career within the Mechanical Automation industry. He was known for his hard-working attitude and brilliant mind. Colin enjoyed working with his hands, independence, and was known to hold a great love for his late dog Toby. 

Colin will be remembered for his desire to solve problems for those he cared for, quick wit, and his stoicism through any turbulence. His reliable presence and wisdom will be missed dearly. 

Colin is survived by his Son Austin Hamilton, his Mother Patricia Bickel, his Brother Paul Hamilton (Angela), Sister Sheila Deal (Ed) in Alaska, several Nieces and Nephews, and many dear friends. 

In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to your local Pet Shelter or Pitbull Alliance.
