Patricia F. "Patty" Theeck, 77, of Canadian Lakes, Michigan, passed away on October 19, 2025. Born on January 11, 1948, in Flint, Michigan, Patty was the daughter of Charles and Irene (Park) Dowland. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Michael C. Dowland; and her sister, Sandy Wilcox.

Patty is lovingly remembered by her husband, Thomas Theeck; her children Sean (Julie) Dowland, Philip Johnson, Jason Johnson, Rita (Carl) Badder, Ted Dowland, Jane Dowland, Janet (Wayne) Smith, and Danny (Misty) Dowland.

She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren who held a special place in her heart and many nieces and nephews who were an important part of her life. Throughout her years in Mecosta County, Patty worked as a waitress at several local establishments including Brown Bungalow, Applebee's, The Antlers, and Royal Grille. Her presence warmed many tables and hearts over the years.
