Erma Jean Martz, 94, of Reed City, passed away on February 10 at the Corewell Health Reed City, Rehab and Nursing Facility. 

Erma was born to Delbert and Lenora Dolley in Reed City on January 19, 1932. She was a graduate of Reed City High School. After graduation, she married and had three children. Erma worked at Wolverine Worldwide for over 35 years. She later married Clifford Cook and they enjoyed many years of traveling, going to dances, and playing cards. After his passing, Erma married Norman (John) Martz, who passed away after several years of marriage. 

Erma is survived by her children Duane (Sarah) Cook, Diane Cook, stepchildren, Dave (Marge) Cook, Beth (Paul) Evrin, Steve (Pam) Cook, along with many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Also survived are nieces, Karen Kienitz and Linda Latin, and nephew, Tom Latin who were special to her. She was predeceased by her husbands, one son, Daniel, stepson Lynn Cook, her parents, sister, Shirley Latin, and brother Louis. 

No services are planned at this time. A private burial will take place in the spring.
