Ronald Monroe Boyce, age 82 of Chase, MI, passed away peacefully on Monday March 23, 2026, at his residence.

Ron was born on September 9, 1943, in Cadillac, MI to Clifford and Edna (Green) Boyce. Ron graduated from Reed City High School in 1961. On June 29, 1963, he married Margaret Lucille Kissinger, who passed away in 1997. Ron enjoyed farming, raising cattle, calving season, and restoring his tractors.

Ron was deeply loved by all members of his family and is survived by his children Craig (Angel) Boyce and Kenda (Jody) Sims; his grandchildren Dirk (Wendy) Sims, Shalyn (Trevor) Green, and Erik (Riley) Boyce; great grandchildren Aaron Sims, Austin Sims, Kensyn Boyce, and Ronnye Boyce; and his siblings Rodney Boyce, Darrell Boyce, Linda Boyce-Barron, Carol Logic, and Norma Towsley.

Funeral services will take place at 1:00pm on Saturday March 28, 2026, at Pruitt-Livingston Funeral Home in Reed City, MI. Visitation with the family will begin at 11:00am. Following the funeral service Ron’s family would like to invite family and friends to the Lincoln Township Hall in Reed City, MI for a luncheon.
