Judy Ann Davis, wife of the late Richard A. Davis, formerly of Evart, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2026 at the Laurels of Hudsonville, where she resided. Mrs. Davis was 82 years old. Judy was born on January 25, 1944 in Lansing, MI to Arthur and Ardis (Ziegler) Hall. She was the mother of three children, Kellie, Jessie and Daniel Castillo. Judy had a hard life but tried to make the best of it. She was a sales associate at Meijer for a number of years.

Judy is survived by: children, Kellie (Todd) Kamphuis of Hudsonville, MI and Jessie (Andra) Castillo of Las Vegas, NV; six grandchildren, Bree (Ty) Snoap, Sasha Alvarez, Danielle (Eric) Mondry, Jessica Castillo, Danielle (Andrew Stemmler) Castillo and Anthony Castillo; 12 great grandchildren with one on the way, two great-great grandchildren; two older sisters, Betty (Gary) Hart and Nancy Bauman and several extended family and friends.

Judy was also preceded in death by: her brother, Arthur Hall; sister, Sandy David and son, Daniel Castillo.

A graveside burial of cremains will be held 2pm on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Maple Valley Cemetery, Hartwick Twp., Osceola County, MI (just north of 17 Mile Road on 110th Ave.) Arrangements and care were entrusted to the Corey Funeral Home in Evart.
