Joanne Hofman, 96, long time resident of Canadian Lakes, formally of Farmington, MI, passed away September 26, 2026.
Joanne was born January 28, 1930.  She and her husband Thomas Hofman enjoyed 54 years of marriage until his passing in 2007.  Joanne enjoyed playing Mahjongg with her friends, traveling, reading, cribbage, crossword puzzles, pinocle and most of all being with her family.  She was a loving, caring, patient, easy-going person who will be deeply missed.
Joanne is survived by her children Michael (Ann) and William (Joan); grandchildren Jeffery, Paul (Laine), Calvin (Sarah), Brett (Lauren), and four great grandsons, Tobin Cole, Oliver, Emerson and Liam Hofman.
 She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas and son Daniel (1963).
A celebration of life and luncheon will take place at a time yet to be determined.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joanne Hofman’s memory to Salvation Army.
